Listed Building Application: Reduce the size of the garage to provide off road parking for two cars. The works would include removing the main up and over garage door, taking a side wall back to be in line with the existing garden wall, building a new garage pier, reducing the size of the roof to fit. Installing a new up and over door to match Strettitt Place's garage doors, and refelting the garage roof. Fit an electric vehicle charging point onto the existing garden wall.
