An amendment application makes limited changes to a permission that already exists; anything beyond modest adjustment needs a fresh application. More in our guide to planning application types.

TPO564 Sandy Lane, Northwood. Species/Description: Conifer (TPO tree. Ref T108). We have a large conifer in our garden (see sketch plan where the conifer is highlighted yellow). It is c. 15 metres high with wide branches. It is has grown to the extent that the area of garden around it is now in the shade and other plants/grass cannot grown because the sunlight is blocked out. We intend to trim/prune the conifer (using professional tree surgeons) to reduce the size by c. 33%.

Green Hill Sandy Lane Northwood HA6 3ER
It is proposed to fell two Silver Birches; and to carry out tree surgery, including a crown reduction by 2-3m to three Oaks. The two Silver Birches (G4) are heavily suppressed and are both leaning on the rear neighbour's roof (Dell Lodge). The Oaks (T1, T2 & T3) are blocking sunlight into the front and rear gardens (T1 has been reduced in the past).
