Hawthorn Tree- front garden- the sole tree in the front garden located centrally- not close to adjacent properties or close to any other tree. Tree is dieing and i would like to replace the tree please. Tree offcers visited the site recently and advised this as the tree was clearly dieing, and to send in an application to replace it. Tree shown as asterix on sketch plan.

    TPO760 T50 Mature oak tree has died. We request permission to remove all branches to just leave the main trunk. Over recent years the tree has been progressively later to come into leaf and earlier to lose its' leaves than the adjacent mature oak. This year the tree has not produced any leaves at all. A local tree surgeon, Tom from T's Trees has inspected the tree and does not believe the tree trunk to be hollow. Photo2 shows damage around the trunk, which may be related to the tree's death. This damage was there when the current owners moved in.
