Two tress at the rear end of the property as marked in the sketch. Species of both trees: Thuja Plicata Both to be reduced by 30% of current size on all sides and top. The trees are around 15m tall so we would be looking to reduce the height by 5m,

TPO760 T50 Mature oak tree has died. We request permission to remove all branches to just leave the main trunk. Over recent years the tree has been progressively later to come into leaf and earlier to lose its' leaves than the adjacent mature oak. This year the tree has not produced any leaves at all. A local tree surgeon, Tom from T's Trees has inspected the tree and does not believe the tree trunk to be hollow. Photo2 shows damage around the trunk, which may be related to the tree's death. This damage was there when the current owners moved in.
