Not sure if we need permission to do that or not, but the fir nearest the roadside is making the road narrower than it should be, causing a hazard to road users/pedestrians and clipping aerials and ring mirrors. We feel it needs cutting back 15 feet or so up otherwise we?ll just create a big overhang.

  The whole site is in a conservation area and is covered by a blanket TPO relating to 1983. It is unclear which trees are covered by the TPO.
