Lifting the lower canopy by approximately 4-5.2m where possible giving better access for vehicles. Remove any major deadwood over 40mm. T2: False Acacia Robinia (Robinia pseudoacacia) located on the righthand side of the rear garden near swimming pool ? Reduce and shape canopy back to previous reduction points by approximately 3-4m in height and evenly reduce lateral spread by approximately 2.5-3m. Remove any crossing/rubbing branches and deadwood over 40mm. T3: Weeping Willow (Salix babylonica) located on the southeast boundary of the rear garden ? Reduce and shape canopy back to previous reduction points by approximately 2.5-3m in height and evenly reduce lateral spread by approximately 2.5-3m, remove any major deadwood over 40mm. Thinning the westside of the canopy and reducing any major over longs back into the canopy line. Retaining as much screening as possible at the front. T1- Remove Arizona Cypress. The tree is in severe decline with only 20-25% live foliage. There are a number of storm damaged branches within the canopy. Removal of dead and damaged branches would leave a sparse and un-functional canopy. Due to the over all condition of the tree, it would be best to remove and replant. I would recommend planting of a Sorbus to replace the Cypress giving a tree with good amenity value.
