    We have a dead Laburnum tree in our front garden (1 on plan). We intend to fell this and replace with native British tree (Silver Birch). It has been pollarded in the past and we intend to pollard it again to 2.5 metres high - the height of the tree is 5m All work to be undertaken by professional arborist and green waste to be removed according to appropriate regulations
