Proposal
TPO 390, T2 London Plane Crown lift by removing one low branch on the eastern side of the tree to provide approximately 3 metres ground clearance above the access track serving the adjacent field. The branch shall be pruned back to a suitable growth point at the branch knuckle in accordance with good arboricultural practice, leaving a suitably sized pruning wound and retaining the overall amenity value of the tree .Justification: To provide adequate clearance over the access track for vehicular and agricultural access to the adjacent field.
