Proposal

Variation of Condition 2 (Plans) of planning permission ref: 2023/1490 (The demolition of existing flats to construct 2no. one bedroom flats, 2no. two bedroom flats, and 6no.three bedroom houses with associated parking and amenity space) to provide guarding to the opening doors on first floor plans and elevations of plots 8-10.The doors would also need to open inwards which reduces circulation within the bedroom. In order to best maintain the appearance of the approved elevation, it it proposed to swap the doors with opening windows.

An amendment application makes limited changes to a permission that already exists; anything beyond modest adjustment needs a fresh application. More in our guide to planning application types.
