  T1) Callery Pear - Fell to ground level and replant same species within 3 metres of T1 (size: standard). Tree has been planted within the narrow shrub border situated between the front gardens of Nos. 19 and 20 Alexander Crescent. As the tree has matured, its root growth has begun to cause visible damage to the paving on both sides of the shrub border.
