Erection of a single storey flat roof extension to the rear to create new entrance. Erection of a new 1.5m high boundary wall (with metal railings) with automatic vehicle entrance gates. Provision of new external access ramp, pick-up / drop-off driveway, 8no parking bays, bicycle storage and bin storage area. Extension to existing steps and the heightening of existing boundary wall with installation of railings to match boundary.
