The proposal is to build a steel portal frame agricultural building on the application site to help the agricultural business operate more efficiently. The proposed building will be constructed from a steel portal frame. The roof will be corrugated natural grey fibre cement sheets, three of the walls will be constructed of one concrete panel up to a height of approximately 1.2m under Yorkshire boarding and open fronted to the north east. The floor will be a concrete surface and to the north western gable end there will be a steel gateway.
