Demolition of the existing porch and erection of a single-storey side extension, finished in dark-coloured standing seam metal cladding to the roof and walls, together with a coursed local stone entrance wall. The proposal includes the installation of photovoltaic (PV) panels and the relocation of a retaining wall. Alterations to fenestration to include the removal of the existing bay window and its replacement with glazing, and the replacement of existing timber window frames with aluminium frames.
