The amendments include: removal of footpath providing access to the A3400 to the south of the site; - additional tree planting; - additional bulb planting; - additional hedgerow planting; - provision of 2no. benches; - provision of bird and bat boxes; - provision of a life ring on a post; - provision of a timber post and rail fence and gate to the side of plot 6 garage. All amendments are shown on the submitted Detailed Landscape Proposals (drawing no. 651-DL01 Rev K).
