Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Demolish existing white PVC enclosed entry porch. Replace with open type porch with oak frame. The new entry door, in oak, will be moved around 1.5m right of present location when viewed from the road side. Change white PVC windows to more traditional design with small panes, likely colour similar to RAL 7032 [bit like French Grey]
