Proposal
Replace two existing velux roof windows (size 1180 x 780) on rear aspect with two larger velux roof windows (size 1600 x 1140) per quote from Ashmore Building Projects Ltd. Velux windows are the only windows on the roof and for the attic bedroom. "Remove and dispose of existing rooflights. Form openings in existing roof structure providing trimming rafters as required. Supply and fit 2 no white painted SK10 (1600x1140) manually operated top hung roof lights incorporating pane 70 glazing and 100mm white painted trimming rafters between windows fit associated flashings and installation products."
