  The attached diagram shows 2 poplars and 1 conifer on the north side of our garden, adjoining our neighbour at no. 24. These are approximately 35, 37 and 41 yards from the rear of our house. The second poplar is on the south side of our garden, adjoining our neighbour at no. 28. This is approximately 43 yards from the rear of our house. The work will be to reduce the height and possibly girth, where necessary. We will use professional tree surgeons. These mature trees all appear to be healthy and we have no desire to have them removed. They have just got too large and cast unwanted shadows over our garden and both our neighbours.
