Suitable replacement to be planted at appropriate time of year. Silver Birch 1st tree left of driveway, diseased and rotted. Structural integrity compromised so is unsafe. Needs full removal and stump removed. TPO 410W.

    Having completed work in accordance with planning permission detailed below. I am seeking special permission to completely remove this tree. On previous planning application it was thought it was a Thorn Tree but under further investigation it is actually a Hawthorn Tree. This tree is very intrusive and has damaged panels which I don't think can be replaced without removing the tree. I am also trying to install cat fencing in order to protect nature from my cats. This would be difficult to achieve with this Ivy Tree where it is located. HAR/CA35.
