Both parties would like the tree reduce. Description of works - reduce ash tree by 4mts, crown lift on neighbour's side to remove overhanging branches directly above outbuilding. Excessive shade, leaf litter and overhnag of neighbours outbuilding are the reasons for work. HAR/CA35.
