Proposal
T1 - Semi mature ash tree in the rear garden. Located at the rear of the garden near the boundary of 139 Edgeley Road. The tree overhangs 139's garden office building. Both parties would like the tree reduce. Description of works - reduce ash tree by 4mts, crown lift on neighbour's side to remove overhanging branches directly above outbuilding. Excessive shade, leaf litter and overhnag of neighbours outbuilding are the reasons for work. HAR/CA35.

Having completed work in accordance with planning permission detailed below. I am seeking special permission to completely remove this tree. On previous planning application it was thought it was a Thorn Tree but under further investigation it is actually a Hawthorn Tree. This tree is very intrusive and has damaged panels which I don't think can be replaced without removing the tree. I am also trying to install cat fencing in order to protect nature from my cats. This would be difficult to achieve with this Ivy Tree where it is located. HAR/CA35.

So, to the rear boundary fence line, growing on the property of *Fern Cliff 18 Mauldeth rd SK4 3NG we have a mixed group of nuisance self seeded trees, pushing at the fence, dipping leaf little and bird poo, and blocking all the light. A mix of small to medium self seeded T1 to T9, Ash, Sycamore and Holly to remove to ground and treat base. Directly behind we have T10 and 11, a larger Ash and Pine which will be reduced by approximately 3 metres and shaped. Stella has had permission from the owner of Fern Cliff, 18 Mauldeth Road SK4 to carry this work out. HARCA21.
