We wants to sell the house but we can???t because buyer surveyed the house and surveyed guys said tree is damaging the property and damp the walls It's the effect on my children health because of bird poo Me and my husband working full time so we can clean every day every morning our driveway is full of bird poo. The tree branches damaging the gutter also it's affecting the phone reception. I am very stressed because of this it's couple of years since I try to sort out the problem but I didn't get any response. I believe that the only solution is for the tree to be taken down and would like this to done as soon as possible please would you send someone round to access the situation and make this decision.
