External alterations include: replacement of slates, cracked sections of rainwater pipes and UPVC section of rainwater pipe; relaying loose stonework; cleaning of biological build up on external cornicing; repairs to front doors and stone balusters; reinstatement of metalwork at windows above front doors; stripping out of lead wall head gutter and replacement; formation of new gutter and rainwater hoppers; removal of redundant vent pipes; new extract flue; insertion of new false door; and, reglaze 5nos. rear windows with double glazing. Internal alterations include: downtaking staircase; removal of parts of walls; insertion of new walls, staircase, ceiling, ceiling rose, doors, ramp and secondary glazing to front windows; reinstatement of woodwork around windows; infill of openings; adjustment of floor level; repair of ceiling, cornicing and rooflight; replacement of external rear door; and, formation of new loft hatch
