Works: Extension Windows or glazing
Decided. The decision notice on the council portal carries the outcome in full, including any conditions.
Proposal
Listed building consent for the replacement of an existing damaged flat roof and to install a roof lantern within a later 1960/70s extension to the property. The extension does not form part of the original historic building, and all works are confined entirely to this later addition. The roof lantern is proposed to improve natural light to the internal room below, which currently has very limited daylight. The works do not involve the removal or alteration of historic fabric, do not affect the original plan form, and will have limited visibility from outside the site.
