SCC/25/0071/EIA-SCO: Request for EIA Scoping Opinion in connection with proposals for a formal Scoping Opinion relating to Planning Applications to extend the duration of quarrying operations at Freehay and Mobberley Quarries, School Lane, Freehay, Nr Cheadle. In accordance with Regulation 28 of The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017, I would be grateful if would record the above-mentioned EIA scoping opinion on your Planning Register and make it available for public inspection for a period of 2 years.
