Remediation of 56 projecting balconies, on two of the three buildings that are the Tavern Quay development. The works will include replacing existing timber decking and timber battens/supports on the projecting balconies of Ensign 2 and the replacement of flammable sheet decking materials and timber battens/supports on the projecting balconies of Lock House. On all buildings, both the flammable sheet decking and the timber decking materials will be replaced with a durable metal alternative such as aluminium AliDeck.
