Proposal
Variation of Conditions 1 (Approved Plans) for planning permission ref. 25/AP/1819. The proposed changes to the condition are minor design amendments to facilitate a better and functional space that would not affect the approved designs significantly. The changes to the existing conditions will include an increase in the overall width of the single-storey rear extension, alterations to the size of the rear bifold doors, and a slight increase in the depth of the first-floor extension

The process from here
This application is with Southwark for determination. The council publicises it, consults neighbours and technical bodies where required, and weighs the responses against local and national planning policy.
The statutory target is eight weeks for most applications and thirteen for major development, though extensions of time are common. Comments carry most weight while the case is undecided, so check the council portal for the deadline if you want to respond.
About amendments applications
How this application type works
An amendment application changes a permission that already exists. Non-material amendments cover small adjustments with no wider effect, while minor material amendments, usually made by varying a condition, allow modest design changes without a fresh application. Anything beyond that needs a new permission, so the scope here is deliberately narrow.
