Proposal

Works to tree with a TPO: London Plane is growing towards and over the boundary fence from third party land (616 Old Kent Road) into 634-636 Old Kent Road, which is currently under construction. We require to reduce the long lateral branches by up to 5m to suitable growth points along the boundary to rebalance the tree.
