Proposal
Exsiting single storey kitchen area is a timber frame plastic cladding and has a set back corner making teh plan L shped. The client would like to fill in small corner ( see plans ) and make rectangle at the same time rebuilding courtyard wall to new building regs as well as the roof which is currently felt and is on its last legs needing to be replaced ASAP.
