The tree is within the footprint of a proposed house extension, so needs to be removed. Please refer to planning applicaton 25/AP/2822. Tree 5: Taxus baccata. This yew tree has one overly long branch which extends beyond the general profile of the tree. The proposal is to reduce the length of this branch to create a more regular shape. Tree 6: Taxus baccata. The proposal is to prune this tree by up to 30% to train the tree into a more regular shape. Plant four trees including Acer tataricum, Cercis siliquastrum, Crateagus x persimilis, Cornus mas, minimum 2.5m height.
