Removal or variation of condition 5 'Detailed design and protection' pursuant to listed building consent 24/AP/1197 'Listed Building Consent for alterations for refurbishment works to the offices at 11-15 St Thomas Street; SE1, to reconfigure the internal walls and install new wiring and services throughout. Existing historic fabric is to be retained and repaired with only modern C20 additions to be removed. Externally it is proposed to remove items installed to the rear of the site in the courtyard, to include a generator, metal chimney flue and associated plant. Installation of 7no. AC units on the flat roof of the rear extension. Removal of the existing modern parking gate and bollards and replacement with a wrought iron gate. Replacement of existing lights to the entrance doors with new LED lights (Revised description)'
