Proposal
Construction of 1 new, self-build, single storey private residential dwelling, into the grounds (rear garden) of an existing dwelling (63 Wood Vale), including the necessary access and adjustments (including the demolition of a single storey extension) to the boundary of the existing house to allow for the necessary access. The proposal retains the existing house (63 Wood Vale), the rear garden of which is therefore reduced in size.
