The proposed amendment to Mews House are as follows: -omission of basement level,-alternative ground floor plan arrangements providing 1-bedroom ground floor flat and-alterations to ground floor bins and cycle stores)The proposal is to amend the design and internal layout of no. 75-76 Blackfriars Road and these are as follows:- Construction of a 3-storey rear extension from first to third floor;- Re-instatement of the front balcony at first floor level;- Alterations to the side of the front entrance- repositioning of the landing, lift and an access and gate to the lift; - Change of use of part ground floor hotel to offices;- Increase in guest rooms of the hotel from 10 to 14;- New ground floor rear open courtyard;- Conservatory type rear meeting space;- Installation of secondary glazing to front bathroom window on the first to third floor,- Reduction in the amount of green roof and iInstallation of 1m (high) timber privacy trellis along the side boundary with neighbouring No. 74 Blackfriars Road; - Installation of a new Air Source Heat Pump on the ground floor;- Installation of roof lights, new smoke vent, new HVAC Plant support on steel frame and new services platform and access hatch-- Reposition cycle parking and refuse/recycling bins storage area.
