REVISED SPECIFICATION: T1. A Laburnum tree approximately 4m in height, situated close to the house on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden. The tree is dead. Remove and the roots grubbed out.T2. A Cedar tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the right-hand side midway down the rear garden and close to the pond. The tree is a a little dense and wide spreading to the right-hand side. Crown thin by 20% with the emphasis on the right-side in order to restore some natural balance. The height and basic shape should be retained. It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.T3. An Ash tree approximately 12m in height, situated in the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden. Remove all dead wood and necessary re-shaping. The height and basic shape should be retained.
