Proposal
Cupressus leylandii (T1) - Fell due to overcrowding bed on the right side of property, levelling of the garden and destruction of soil and lawn. Replace with 5 standard fruit trees (T4, T6: Malus domestica, T5, T7, T8, Prunus domestica) in the same area. To also add a large Acer Griseum (T8) into the garden. In the drawing the blue numbers (T4 to T8 identify new trees to be planted in the garden. T2 and T3 are existing trees and will not be impacted by the works.
