Proposal

T1 Cherry - removal The cherry exhibits basal decay (as evidenced in the accompanying photographs) and has developed a pronounced lean towards the neighbouring property. Given the decay at the base and the tree's structural condition, retention is considered inappropriate due to the increased risk of failure and potential damage to adjacent wall. Removal is therefore proposed on safety grounds. T2 Hazel - removal The hazel occupies a prominent position within the garden and has become disproportionately large for its location, resulting in significant shading and overshadowing of the garden area. Removal is proposed to improve light levels and the amenity value of the garden.
