T1 - Leylandii The tree is an oversized 14m Leylandii that encroaches Dairywell House over the rear fence, from Brightwell Manor. The tree sits as a stand alone plant, within a triangular enclave of the long driveway of Brightwell Manor. The required work is for the removal of a single standing 14m Leylandii. The tree has been assessed by three independent arobirists for trimming advice. All three recommend removal as the tree is too large for the plot and at 14m, exceeds the 12m fall range to the main house (Dairy Well House). A 5m crown reduction and 2.2m crown thinning has been considered and assessed by the three independent arborists, but all advised that the outcome would still leave an oversized, brown (unable to recover foliage, as a 3.2m radius Leylandii) eyesore. Diagrams are on a separate page. Remarks:
