T1 - Hazel T2 - Apple T1 - Hazel tree - fell to ground (stump to remain in situ due to location in raised garden bed - stump grinding would be difficult). Tree is self seeded in a raised garden bed. It excessively shades our patio and is rather close to the back of the house and so shades the living and playroom excessively. It also excessively shades our neighbour's garden as it is on the boundary fence. The tree is not in the best of health or a particularly attractive specimen. It is causing subsistence to the patio and raised border. T2 - Apple tree - fell to fence level. This tree is practically dead. It is right on the boundary between our neighbour's garden and mine. Our neighbours are keen to fell the tree as it is pretty much dead and growing through the middle of another healthier yew tree. The tree has been allowed to ramble away and is pretty tall now, I think it is in danger of coming down of its own accord in high winds perhaps. It sits in the middle of the boundary fence between our gardens and as such we'd like to fell it level with the top of the fence in order that we don't end up with a gap. I am happy to plant another fruit tree or two to replace as we are in a conservation area and much of the land would have been orchard. Remarks: Spec:

T1 - Evergreen Conifer T1 - Evergreen Conifer to be felled because of excessive shading and in particular its "water" demand to the detriment of surrounding plants, including other trees etc. Would like to replace with a deciduous tree that does not have such a shallow root system and will not become forest size. Habit of growth does not lend itself to pruning as new growth is only at branch ends. Remarks:

1 x tree Please see attached photos. The fallen limb has been removed. The photos indicate one of the remaining limbs which is liable to failure due to the lopsided growth. The professional view is that the growth is likely to increase the chance of failure at the junction (also photographed) due to the weight of vegetation on one side only . Additionally the final photo shows the decay to the core at the junction; this is most likely the cause of the failure of the fallen (now removed) limb. Also to reduce crown by approximately 2-3m.
