Proposal

Cherry (T1) - fell because of proximity to garden wall, proximity to house and excessive shading. Replant with one rowan (variety suitable for small gardens) in similar position but further from the garden wall. The cherry tree is currently approximately 15 feet (4.6m) tall but requires heavy and regular pruning to keep it within a reasonable height for a garden of this size. Tom Cottrell landscapes will carry out the work should it be approved, and have confirmed that in their opinion the tree is too close to the boundary wall of the garden (this is a brick wall) and rather large for a small plot.
