Proposal

The TPO covers 6 Pines and 1 Beech. Two of the Pines are in our garden (Brae House). The Pine nearest the fence (between our garden & Hedera Rest) is dead. We wish to take it down for safety reasons. Re-planting is considered not possible as there is very restricted space and it is very close to the fence. However, we are willing to consider re-planting in our garden at some other location which you consider appropriate; please advise.
