Proposal

1. Holly, Conifer and Laurel boundary to the front - Manage height by removing up to 2.0m to suitable point in height. - Trim lateral face as firmly as possible retaining the screen. - Ensure adequate clearance of the garage. 2. Viburnum x 2 (shrubs) - Trim both to contain 3. Silver Birch - Reduce in height by approx 2.0/3.0m to suitable secondary growth points - Reduce side proportionally by up to 1.5m 4. Lime tree to rear - Carefully Dismantle in sections to ground level - Option to leave timber at rear as eco piles. 5. 2nd Lime to rear. I have included a cost to reduce, or remove in the cost below - Option b - remove to ground level, leaving logs as eco piles. 6. Replanting (not applicable) 7. Purple Beech Tree - Significantly reduce in height to maintain as compact topiary type feature rather than standalone tree - Height to be reduced approx. 50% of crown height measured from lowest branch to top. 8. Lime tree to boundary - Remove deadwood - Inspect cavity facing garden to ascertain if there is any significant decay. 9. Magnolia - Reduce away from the building by up to 1.5m to suitable secondary growth points. - Concentrate on lateral spread tapering lightly into height maintaining natural flowing form.

Unfortunately, due to the planting position being so close to the wall, there is no mitigation we can carry out to prevent eventual damage to the foundation and wall itself, so it is my opinion that removal is the only option, with a view to replant in a more favourable position.
