G1 Yew - crown reduce to previous reduced points as extensive decay at these points (G1 on TPO) T2 Magnolia - Fell as growing at base of building, likely to cause damage to building in the future and due to its lean eventually come over with time. T3 Horse chestnut - Fell as dying and with extensive decay throughout trunk, especially at the base. T4 Horse chestnut - Pollard to 5m as extensive decay where historically one of its 2 leading stems failed. extensive decay wounds throughout remaining crown at previously reduced point. Stands beside a busy road. (G3 on TPO) T5 Horse chestnut - Fell as extensive lean out over busy road and obscures streetlight.with weak basal stem union. (G3 on TPO) T6 Sycamore - Remove one low bough overhanging road and obscuring streetlight. (G3 on TPO) T7 Robinia - Crown reduce by c4m. Tree in extensive decline with much stagheading. (G3 on TPO) G8 x 3 Yews - Tip lift to 3m over car parking bays. (G4 on TPO) G9 x 7 Yews - Tipp lift to 3m to open up light and space below crown and allow this space to be used by the Nursery. (G5 on TPO) G10 x 3 Lime trees crown reduce height by c 8 m to leave trees 20m high to reduce weight loading stresses on branches and obtain light to immediate surroundings It must be remembered that no serious tree management has been undertaken on the trees at this property for decades and since that time the use of the site has changed. Now a Children's Nursery and a ever increasing flow of traffic on the main road, the hazards that unmanaged trees pose is significant. The proposed works will lessen risk of failure whilst still maintaining a significant and attractive tree presence within the grounds of this site for many years to come. (G6 on TPO)
