Discharge of conditions 6 Tree Protection (Detailed) (Amended NO dig Foundations) & 8 (Surface Water Drainage) on planning application P20/S1820/HH (as amended by tree protection plan rev C and additional information received by the agent on 23 April 2021 and additional information received on 20 May 2021). 1. Form entrance porch on the North-West (C) Elevation. 2. Replace existing garage with a new of adequate geometry and volume. The garage is to be positioned inward of the site enabling vehicular access to the property and on-site parking. 3. Replace existing northern conservatory with a single-storey extension. 4. Remove two skylights on the South-East (D) Elevation. 5. Replace two bay windows on the North-West (C) Elevation for matching ones. 6. Associated landscaping.
