About householder applications
How this application type works
Householder applications cover work to an existing house and its garden: extensions, loft and garage conversions, porches, outbuildings and similar alterations within the boundary of the home. They cannot be used to create a separate dwelling or change what the building is used for. Councils aim to decide them within eight weeks, and immediate neighbours are usually notified and given a chance to comment.

2 x self implanted Poplars Please see attached copy of the Overy Conservation Area map on which I have marked the trees (T1 and T2) which I believe need to be felled. They are self implanted hybrid poplars originating from the massive adjacent hybrid poplars. They are right on the river bank and leaning out over the river. If they blow down, they could block the river and damage the river bank. It would be wise to remove these trees (trunk diameter c12") before they cause damage and excessive shading. No replanting required. Remarks:
