Removal and replacement planting is therefore a more sustainable alternative going forward. T3 - Sycamore - section fell to ground level. No future - likely to spiral into further physiological decline. T9 - Horse Chestnut - section fell to ground level and carry out replacement planting. Long-term compatability and sustainability with surrounding structures questionable. Safe retention will require repeated on-going crown reduction and associated written applications to the LPA under the TPO regulations.
