T1 - Conifer (Fir Tree) T1 - Fir tree (Conifer) on front boundary of applicants address, this tree overlaps Church Lane and has telephone cables running through it. My tree surgeon - David Cottrell of Tom Cottrell Landscapes in Brightwell cum Sotwell has examined the tree and declared it dead. Has lost most of its spines and cones, he stated it will have to be removed to prevent an accident on the lane. Remarks:
