  Larch (T1) - prune low hanging branches over the adopted highway to provide a 2.5m clearance above ground level. Beech (T2) - fell for the following 2 reasons: 1. T2 causes my partner and I significant psychological strain and worry. While at a logical level I trust and accept the professional opinion of Sylva Consultancy that T2 doesn't represent immediate danger, it is impossible not to worry every time I see the angle that T2 leans towards the house. This is only exasperated by the knowledge of the incident at No. 22. 2. If it were to fall, it would land on the two rooms we occupy the most, adding to my concerns. Beech (T2) - if felling is not permitted, I would like to undertake a lateral crown reduction of up to 2m on the northern side of the canopy and to undertake a 10% crown thin, concentrating on the northern side to reduce the density of the canopy. This is to reduce the risk of T2 falling towards the house and driveway. Beech (T4) fell for the following 2 reasons: 1. T4 also causes my partner a great deal of worry, the branches and roots are within touching distance of the house. 2. The surface root mentioned in the report is directly in the main path used to access the rear garden and therefore subject to wear and tear. Beech (T4) - if felling is not permitted, I would like to undertake prune branches so as to provide a 2m clearance to the guttering. Beech (T8) Prune canopy/epicormics, undertake a lateral crown reduction of up to 2m on the eastern side of the canopy and to undertake a 10% crown thin, throughout canopy to reduce the density of the canopy. Remove epicormic growth at 3m agl to allow great amenity of garden and neighbours' gardens. Beech (T9) - prune canopy, undertake a lower canopy lateral reduction by up to 3m on the north side to prune the canopy back from the neighbouring property. As all three neighbours have commented on the negative impact the trees on my property have on their gardens by limiting light and depositing vast amounts of leaf litter. These two factors result in a considerable reduction in the enjoyment they could otherwise expect. I would like to be a good neighbour and prune as much as possible to allow light into their gardens and reduce the falling leaf litter. Beech (T10) - prune canopy, undertake a lower canopy lateral reduction by up to 3m on the north side to prune the canopy back from the neighbouring property. As all three neighbours have commented on the native impact the trees on my property have on their gardens by limiting light and depositing vast amounts of leaf litter. These two factors result in a considerable reduction in the enjoyment they could otherwise expect. T10 dominates two of our neighbours' gardens. I would like to be a good neighbour and prune as much as possible to allow light into their gardens and reduce the falling leaf litter.
