Proposal

Young Oak adj. Tech Building - semi mature, rabbits potentially damaging roots. Lay fabric and mulch root plate to prevent rabbits burrowing and damaging root system. Ash - mature - tree internal decay tested and found to have an unacceptable amount of internal decay. Fell tree to ground level and grind out the stump. Maple - prune back to clear building by 2m. Various - adjoining 1304 along back of building - cut back all vegetation to cler from roof of building along approx half the buildings length along the back. Common Oak - consider moving the seating from beneath the canopy to remove risk. Large Ash - outside post graduate centre. Reduce decayed 2nd stem by 3m, reduce away from building to provide 2m clearance and remove large deadwood. T30 Sycamore Spec: S8 Prune back to suitable secondary branches to ensure 2m clearance from building. Spec: S19 Please add the following at the end of all the aprroved works: All pruning cuts must be made at bra Reason: R2 To ensure future compatibility with site, surroundings and usage T48 Ash Spec: S16 Fell tree to ground level and grind stump. Reason: R4 To address potential hazard
