Proposal

T1 - Beech T2 - Lawson Cypress Hedge 1 - Beech T1 - Beech. Climbing inspection to assess cable brace. Adjust as necessary. Evenly reduce the lateral spread by approximately 2m around the perimeter of the canopy to reduce the weight from the main limbs currently braced together. The unions are included and weak and fibre buckling has occurred on these scaffold limbs since the tree was braced in 2003. Its long term safety is paramount as it overhangs the property and the neighbouring property. T2 - Lawson Cypress - fell to ground level. This tree is multi-stemmed and is situated mainly internally to the site. Whilst it provides structure to the immediate surroundings and screens the new build from the neighbouring prperty, its movement in the recent high winds has let to concern for its safety now that it is maturing and getting larger. It will be replaced by a semi mature heavy standard tree which will help to ensure the continuity of tree cover in this area. Hedge 1 - Beech - restoration prune to reduce in height, re-shape and tidy. This hedge has been neglected in recent years and is becoming gappy. The aim is to restore it so that it appears as good bounary screen and to underplant with yew to bolster its screening and biodiversity. Remarks:
