T1 - Norway Maple - fell because of poor health; evidence of fungal infection and die-back. Applicant is concerned that infection will spread to adjacent specimen Maples which are mature and contribute to the amenity value of this part of Thame. This tree, T1, is also causing structural damage to a wall and driveway and, as such, will never reach maturity. The applicant is keen to plant new specimens in the area marked R1 and has also already planted 30 no. Yew hedge plants. G1 The group consisting of six Maple Spec: S15 Fell tree to ground level.
