    T8720 - Apple, Malus - showing decay and fungus within the cavities of the stem/base of the tree. The tree exhibits dead wood within the branches. We have had an incident of dead wood falling from the tree with a width of approximate diameter of 200cm. This has become a health and safety issue and we would like permission to fell the tree to reduce risk to children playing outside.
