Proposal

Tree 944 Ash tree - adjacent to wall Tree 944 Ash tree; supressed form growing immediately adjacent to the wall (possibly listed). On the boundary with 15 Church Lane, the only way to rectify it is to remove the tree if the wall is to be rebuilt or salvaged. It certainly will cause problems in the future. To dismantle the tree in sections to ground level. Adjacent Ash tree, which is alongside the boundary wall to the car park behind St Albans Court, tree is only going to get bigger. This wall appears to be even older and is in some disrepair. It has flint, chalk and wood contained in the wall as well as brick. The tree is only going to cause further problems. Perhaps both can be taken out at the same time to favour the Yew in the adjacent garden which is a much older tree. To dismantle in sections to ground level. Remarks:
